New Delhi: Komaki Electric Vehicles has expanded its electric two-wheeler portfolio with the launch of the MG Pro V and MG Pro+ electric scooters. Priced at ₹73,999 and ₹79,999, respectively, the newly introduced models bring all-metal body construction to the affordable electric scooter segment.
The company said the new scooters are designed to offer a combination of durability, long-range capability, and practical features for daily commuting. Unlike many electric scooters in the same price category that use fibre body panels, the MG Pro V and MG Pro+ feature metal body construction, which the company says is intended to provide improved structural strength and long-term durability.

Both models are powered by a BLDC hub motor paired with LiFePO4 battery technology, which the company states is designed to deliver reliable performance with lower maintenance requirements.
Both electric scooters are equipped with a range of connectivity, safety, and convenience features. These include mobile app connectivity for monitoring battery health and riding range, front disc brakes, telescopic suspension, an anti-theft lock, parking assist, a repair switch, and a spacious riding platform. The MG Pro+ additionally offers a larger under-seat storage compartment to enhance everyday practicality.
Commenting on the launch, Gunjan Malhotra, Co-founder, Komaki Electric Vehicles, said, “The electric two-wheeler market has grown rapidly, but affordability should never come at the cost of quality. With the MG Pro V and MG Pro+, we wanted to offer customers features that have traditionally been associated with more expensive vehicles. These include a strong metal body and safe, long-lasting LiFePO4 batteries with a longer lifespan than those found in many electric two-wheelers and ICE vehicles currently available in the market. This combination inspires confidence among customers. It also reflects our commitment to making premium build quality, dependable performance, and modern technology accessible to a much wider audience. We believe customers deserve products that not only look good but are built to withstand everyday Indian road conditions.”
According to the company, the launch of the MG Pro V and MG Pro+ is aimed at making premium construction and advanced electric mobility features more accessible to a wider customer base. By introducing metal-body electric scooters at competitive price points, Komaki seeks to strengthen its presence in the affordable EV segment while addressing evolving consumer expectations around durability, range, and technology.
