New Delhi: RouteMatic, an AI-enabled corporate mobility solutions provider, has entered into a strategic partnership with Green SM, a global all-electric mobility brand originating from Vietnam, to support the adoption of electric vehicles in corporate transportation across India.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed during Green SM’s official launch event in New Delhi.

Under the agreement, RouteMatic will deploy Green SM’s electric vehicles within its corporate mobility operations, enabling enterprises to access fully electric transportation solutions for workforce movement while maintaining operational efficiency, safety and reliability.
The partnership aligns with growing efforts among enterprises to reduce carbon emissions and strengthen sustainability initiatives through the electrification of employee transportation.
According to RouteMatic, a recent analysis of its electric vehicle operations in Bengaluru and Pune showed that the deployment of more than 400 electric vehicles helped enterprises avoid approximately 15.7 lakh litres of fuel consumption annually.
The company currently operates corporate EV fleet services across Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi-NCR.

Green SM officially commenced operations in India on June 5, 2026, with Delhi-NCR becoming its first operational market. The company operates an all-electric ride-hailing platform built around the VinFast Limo Green SUV and focuses on electric mobility services.
The partnership will combine Green SM’s electric vehicle fleet with RouteMatic’s AI-powered transportation management platform, route optimization capabilities and fleet management expertise.

India’s corporate mobility sector is witnessing increasing demand for sustainable transportation solutions, driven by the expansion of business hubs, the growth of Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and rising corporate focus on environmental sustainability.
Through the partnership, both companies aim to support the adoption of cleaner workforce transportation and contribute to India’s broader goals around sustainable mobility and fleet electrification.
