Randstad India Appoints Narayan Iyer as Managing Director, Chair of India Management Council

Randstad India has appointed Narayan Iyer as its new Managing Director and Chair of the India Management Council. He will lead the company's four business specializations while driving digital capabilities and future growth across India's talent solutions market.

Mumbai: Randstad India has appointed Narayan Iyer as its new Managing Director and Chair of the Randstad India Management Council, marking a leadership transition as the talent solutions company focuses on strengthening its digital capabilities and expanding its presence across India.

In his new role, Iyer will lead all four of Randstad India’s business specializations—Operational, Professional, Digital and Enterprise. He will also have indirect responsibility for the company’s three India-based shared service centres.

The appointment comes as Randstad continues to strengthen its position in India’s evolving talent and workforce solutions market amid increasing demand for digital transformation and specialized talent.

Iyer brings more than three decades of experience in the IT services and consulting industry. Before joining Randstad India, he served as President of Bajaj Technology Services, the Technology Business Unit of Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited.

At Randstad India, he will be responsible for driving the company’s next phase of growth, expanding its digital-first capabilities, and reinforcing its position as a talent solutions partner for businesses across the country.
